DLX1251

Industrial Rugged Touch Screen

The hardened DLX touch screen monitor is a drop-in replacement for the widely fielded Planar ® LX1251TI, 997-6192-00LF system. This form, fit, function alternative was designed with one thing in mind, ruggedness. Our experience in designing durable electronic systems for demanding military & mining applications was leveraged for this product. The DLX1251 will withstand exposure to extreme temperatures, shock, vibration, and debris.

The DLX screen features a VGA computer input, (2) RS-170 camera inputs, and a resistive touch screen encased in a fully sealed, hard anodized milled aluminum housing. With a high bright LED backlit LCD the DLX1251 is a perfect solution for all outdoor environments.

The VTC Gigabit Ethernet Display is the next generation ruggedized solution for modern tactical vehicle systems. The VS8 is a managed eight (8) port Gigabit Ethernet Ports designed for harsh environments that demand systems with scaled down footprints, reduced power consumption and weight constraints. The micro circular connectors provide an easy and cost effective solution for connection with network ports, RS-232 and power GUI management access, and a wide range DC voltage input. Specified for military platforms such as ground vehicles, aircraft, and unmanned vehicles, the featherweight compact VS8 delivers a powerful feature package capable of securely managing a complex GbE network under all environmental conditions specified in MIL-STDs-461, 810, 1275 and DO-160.

This SWaP enhanced L2 switch distributes data with carrier grade features such as IPv4/IPv6 multicast traffic routing between virtual LANS, RSTP, and MSTP support, QoS user prior-ity, link aggregation, input priority mapping, port control, and authentication per 802.1, Web/CLI, and ACLs. With a fully sealed enclosure, the VS8 is a perfect solution for environments subject to temperature extremes, dust, water, shock, and vibration.

At less than 81in³ (6.7” x 4” x 3” including connectors) and 2lbs, this micro package is today’s solution for the mobile environment. Low power consumption, configuration flexibility, and cost efficiency make it an ideal solution for demanding applications in the military, industrial and commercial markets. Utilizing reliable Intel CPUs, the MC-10 has a robust I/O including digital video, (2) Gigabit Ethernet, (4) USB 2.0, (2) RS-232/RS-485, HD Audio, and GPIO. Designed with modularity in mind, the MC-10 can be customized with application specific expansion capabilities such as 1553, ARINC 429, CANBus, GPS, additional comm or GPIO ports, and video frame grabbers. The MIL-Spec design ensures operability in environmental conditions as defined per MIL-Standards 461, 704, 810, 1275, 3009, and DO-160.
