FX-7220 is a hybrid network appliance that integrates control, management and data processing in one system. Combined with an advanced modular design with field-replaceable components, this network appliance platform is easily upgraded after it has been deployed. The FX-7220 is equipped with a primary mainboard using two powerful Intel® Xeon® E5-2600 series processors that handle core network applications and has room for a custom secondary mainboard that is dedicated to a secondary function such as network processing.

The FX-5220 is a high performance 2U Rackmount network security platform utilizing four Intel Xeon E5-4600 CPUs on the C602 Chipset. It is targeted at computation-intensive communications applications such as carrier-grade network security.
